1. Right of Withdrawal (Diritto di Recesso)

As a consumer based in Italy, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), Articles 52 and following.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which:

  • For a single product: You (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the product.

  • For multiple products delivered separately: You acquire physical possession of the last product.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

You can notify us by:

  • Online (recommended): Visit www.sunrkle.shop, log into your account, and click “Return” in your order history.

  • Email: Send a clear statement to hello@sunrkle.shop including your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and your contact information.

Proof of exercise: The burden of proving that you exercised your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period lies with you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or keeping a copy of your withdrawal email.

3. Return Shipping and Deadlines

  • Shipping deadline: You must send back the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

  • Return costs: Unless we have explicitly stated “free returns” for your order, the direct cost of return shipping is borne by you (the consumer). We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method.

  • Liability during return: You are responsible for any loss, damage, or customs fees incurred during return transit.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (i.e., what you could reasonably do in a physical store).

We may refuse a refund or charge a depreciation fee if the returned product shows:

  • Missing or severely damaged original packaging (e.g., luxury box destroyed or marked).

  • Signs of use, washing, odor, wear, or scratches.

  • Missing accessories, tags, manuals, or inserts.

  • Hygiene seals broken for items that cannot be returned for health protection reasons (e.g., underwear, earrings, headphones).

5. Refund Process

  • Timing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods OR receiving proof that you have sent back the goods (whichever occurs first).

  • Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Deductions: If the value of the goods has decreased due to unnecessary handling, we may deduct that diminished amount from your refund. You will be notified via email beforehand.

  • Delay: We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide proof of having returned them.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:



Category Description
Custom-made products Items clearly personalized or made to your specifications.
Perishable goods Items that expire or deteriorate quickly.
Sealed health/hygiene products Once unsealed, these cannot be returned for health protection reasons (e.g., face masks, bedding, in-ear headphones).
Digital content Software, e-books, or game codes delivered immediately after purchase – provided you agreed to lose your withdrawal right before the purchase.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Garanzia Legale)

For all products sold within the EU, you are covered by a 24-month (2-year) legal guarantee.

Next 12 months Same as above. Consumer (you) – You must prove the defect existed at delivery.

Your rights under the legal guarantee:

  • You may request repair or replacement of the defective product, free of charge.

  • If repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionately expensive, you may request a price reduction or full refund.

Important: This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. It also does not apply to “change of mind” returns (which are handled under the 14-day withdrawal right above).
